I love making cards and I love adding a photo of the person whose birthday it is. One of my dear friends has her birthday at the end of December so I wanted to, well at least try, to make a special card for her.
With this card I used my Big Shot and a brass template (the trees) for the background. I then used my Tim Holtz distress inks (color: aged mahogany & black soot) to add some depth to the background image as well as the card itself. A few pieces of coloured paper, a photo, a birthday greeting, a couple of embelishments and there it is.
