I have been experimenting with photography and I had the opportunity to photograph a newborn, what fun. I realized I really did not have much in the way of props, so I quickly made this headband. I have completely forgotten how small newborns are, so I made it too big but it stilled turned out darling I think.
I used a stretchy sequin band that you can find at the fabric store (I found mine by all the ribbons and decorative trim) and just sewed the ends together. I used some ostrich feathers (these can be dyed too very easily to any colour you want) and a sheer ribbon for the flower. I just twisted and turned the ribbon until I got the desired look and hand stitched it together.
