Snow Lady Ballerina

I just love these little needle felted snow people. This is my little ballerina that was a gift for a dear friend. I can't wait to make a few more, they are a great little gift for someone. 

a winter couple

We had a our first dusting of snow on our local mountains, it's so pretty. The snow reminds me that winter is just around the corner. I made this needle felted couple a couple of years ago and thought I would share this fun hobby of mine, though I don't get to it often.

I was inspired by Jenn Docherty and her adorable little critters and thought I would attempt this hobby...what a lot of fun it has been.  My husband laughs at me as we "watch TV" together and I sit and needle felt.  I figure listening is just as good as watching, right?  I thought it would be fun to create a needle felted couple every year, we will see how that goes.
