A Trio of Owls

It is that time of year when we start to think of gifts to make for others.  This year I decided to try using polymer clay. The kids made a small Christmas ornament and I made these adorable owls for a friend.  Merry Christmas Carol.

Crochet Owl Hat - Green

I thought this owl hat so cute I just had to make another.  I think these will make adorable props for a newborn photo shoot. I've also been busy making a cocoon for a newborn but those photos will come once I've done a newborn photo session in them.

It's been a while since I've posted anything but here is my latest creation, a crocheted owl hat. I had photographed a newborn baby recently and decided that I needed a cute hat so I decided to make one, well actually a few. You can find the owl pattern here. I was amazed at how simple it was to make and I think it turned out quite cute.
